The Weltladen Lübeck has been located at Hüxstraße 83/85 since 2007. Our customers are taken on a journey to distant cultures when they stroll through the 120 square meters of store area. Whether it's craftwork from South Africa, novel tin cars with real collector's value from Madagascar, writing materials or unique music instruments:  you'll find special gifts for any occasion at the Weltladen Lübeck.Our continuously changing product range also offers an assortment of pleasures for your palate: food products including aromatic spices, delicious chocolate and wine round off your shopping experience. The products all have one thing in common: they all reach your hands via Fair Trade.

What makes the “Weltladen Lübeck” stand out: We have been supplying Lübeck with fairly traded products for 30 years. Our team of 35 employees is mostly made up of volunteers, and we do educational work in addition to being active in Lübeck's Fair Trade steering committee.

You can enjoy a cup of fairly traded coffee at our café counter and learn a bit about other fairly traded products. Every month, we select a “coffee of the month” and a “coffee special,” such as coffee with cardamom. So you can try our wide assortment of coffee and discover your personal favorite. Of course, you can also purchase “Lübeck Kaffee” here.

Come to our tastings and try the delicacies we offer. We also periodically organize exhibitions and events such as speeches or lectures about development policy topics.
