Hüxstraßenfest in Lübeck, Saturday, July 5, 2025: Istanbul as a guest
On July 5, Hüxstraße will once again be transformed into a colorful festival mile - this year under the motto "Istanbul as a guest". A varied program and music from Istanbul will bring cultural diversity to the street.
Once again this year, Hüxstraße is cooperating with the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival and adopting its main musical theme, which this year is Istanbul. Therefore, Hüxstraße in Lübeck will once again be transformed into a lively festival mile on Saturday, July 5, 2025 from 11 a.m. - motto "Istanbul as a guest".
Visitors can look forward to a colorful, diverse program that celebrates the cultural and musical diversity of Istanbul and the unique charm of the traditional shopping street.
The musical program is a central part of the festival. Artists, choirs and bands will bring traditional and modern sounds to the street - music in keeping with the Istanbul motto:

Art, crafts, culinary delights and culture: stalls with specialties, workshops and lovingly decorated displays invite you to take a stroll. The focus is not only on Istanbul, but also on the creativity and commitment of the local players.
