In Hüxstraße - in the middle of Lübeck's old town - 121 stores, bars and restaurants are lined up over a length of 517 meters and a width of barely 8 meters to form Lübeck's most varied shopping and nightlife mile. If you go on a voyage of discovery here, you will come across something new in each of the narrow old town houses: beautiful and quirky, a feast for the eyes and the palate, art and kitsch - and often all in one.
The CHRISTMAS CITY in the north
Since November 24, not only the HÜXstrasse has been wrapped in a festive robe: The whole of Lübeck's city center shines in a blaze of lights and once again keeps its promise of being THE Christmas city in the north.
And, best of all, you can walk straight from HÜXstrasse to the market.

A Christmas stroll through the street
Especially in the evening hours, everything glitters and sparkles in our street, in front of the doors and in the windows. We always particularly enjoy our street lighting with its Christmas decorations that adorn the entire street. Whether boots, angels, wooden locomotives or stars: there is something new to discover every few meters. And it's not just children's eyes that are amazed.
