Galerie Koch-Westenhoff
The gallery's headquarters in Hanover was founded in 1955 by the Greifswald businessman Bruno Koch. From 1969, the gallery was also represented in Lübeck and has been located in a 17th century baroque gabled house since 1974. In the same year, Margot Koch-Westenhoff took over her father's gallery.
In 2009, the management of the gallery was transferred to the next generation. Since then, the gallery has been run jointly by Stefan Westenhoff and Meike Zimmer.
The gallery's program includes paintings, watercolors, graphics and sculptures of classical modernism as well as numerous contemporary artists.
This program is presented on the one hand through 3-4 solo exhibitions per year and on the other hand through participation in art fairs in Hamburg (Affordable Art Fair) and Karlsruhe (Art Karlsruhe).
